Yes. Cleaning is performed by licensed, bonded, and insured local crews, and a certificate of insurance is available on request, which is often required by building management or your lease. Just ask and we'll provide one for your records or your property manager.
Are cleaning supplies and equipment included?
Yes. Standard cleaning supplies, equipment, and labor are included in the recurring price. Restroom and breakroom consumables, such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and can liners, can be included and restocked as part of a janitorial program, or left to your team, whichever you prefer. We'll spell out exactly what's included in the proposal.

Yes. Beyond standard offices, crews clean medical and dental offices with exam-room and terminal-clean standards and bloodborne-pathogen-aware protocols, along with showrooms, gyms, retail, and post-construction sites.
