The biggest factors are square footage, how often you want service, the type of space (medical and post-construction carry different standards), restroom count, floor types, and how much detail and consumable restocking you want included. How do you price the different service types?+
Recurring office cleaning is priced from a per-visit rate times how often we come, typically in the range of $0.08 to $0.20 per square foot per visit. Medical and dental spaces carry a premium of roughly 20 to 35 percent for the added protocols. Post-construction is a one-time job, usually about $0.15 to $0.35 per square foot depending on condition. The tool uses those same ranges.
